Dear friends,

It gives us great pleasure to introduce you to the Bethlehem Evangelical Academy (BEA).

Our vision for the BEA grew out of our experience in directing the Arabic Evangelical School in Hebron for many years. Through that experience, we came to understand the needs of Palestinian children and the unique challenges they face. And we came to the conviction that Palestinian children deserve a spacious, modern facility and a highly qualified staff to teach them. So we made this our goal and our prayer. In the course of time, God answered our prayers and enabled us to build the spacious, modern facility we had dreamed of and to hire the outstanding staff we had hoped for. And as a result, our students can now fulfill their potential and realize their dreams.

What distinguishes the BEA from other schools is the following characteristics:

  • We are a non-denominational, evangelical institution, which means we do not promote one particular theological approach over others, but simply adhere to biblical teachings.
  • We use English as the teaching medium for most of our instruction, and we use a combination of American and Palestinian textbooks for our curriculum. In this way, we hope to ensure that our students become fully bilingual.
  • Our goal is to prepare our students to pass the SAT and CLEP exams, which gives our graduates the option of continuing their education in either local or foreign universities.

Our purpose in doing all this is to empower and nurture our students in every area of their lives, so that they may fulfill their potential, succeed in their careers, and serve their communities with integrity and compassion.

If you share our vision for the future of your children, we encourage you to entrust your children to us and work with us to prepare your children for the best possible future. The choice is yours.
